•We require a non-refundable deposit for lash extensions, This will be deducted from the total amount on the day of your appointment. 

(£20 for full sets + £10 for infills)

 

•A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations/rescheduling. 

If this Is done within the time frame, your deposit will be kept on our system and will be valid for up to 6 months from the original appointment date. After 6 months you will be required to pay another deposit if you wish to book in with us again.

•All new clients MUST arrange a patch test for lash extensions with us directly.

This must be done at least 48hrs before your appointment, we are closed on Mondays and Sundays so please book your full-set appointment accordingly as you will lose your deposit if this is not done.
